HydroMassage Therapy is a soothing combination of massage, heat, and whirlpool that takes place on a specially designed bed. You are fully clothed and dry while rotating and pulsating water jets massage your body from head to toe.
HydroMassage offers many of the same benefits as traditional massage therapy including: • Pain relief • Increased range of motion • Reduced inflammation and joint swelling • Relaxed muscles, fewer muscle spasms • Improved muscle performance • Improved circulation and nutrition to the muscles • Reduced lactic acid, detoxifying the body
HydroMassage is so effective, it can reduce the need for other treatments, such as thermotherapy, soft tissue manipulation, and massage therapy. This therapy is especially beneficial for those who are not comfortable receiving a hands-on massage.
HydroMassage sessions can be combined with chiropractic adjustments, but they don’t have to be. Many patients schedule a session as an alternative to a massage.
