At Joint & Spine we believe every patient should have access to safe, effective, and affordable health care. With that in mind, we offer many flexible payment options that enable you to get the care you need on most any budget.
Insurance
We participate in many insurance programs. It is important to know that it is your responsibility to verify coverage and understand your financial share of the services provided. We have created a helpful worksheet to guide you through the questions that you’ll need to ask your insurance provider, you can find it on our online forms page under Insurance Benefits Worksheet.
Our office will file insurance claims on your behalf. Upon hearing back from your insurance provider, we ask for full payment of balances within 30 days.
Direct -Pay Services
Some of our services are direct-pay services, which means that they will not be submitted to insurance by our office or by the patient. These services include, but are not limited to, laser therapy, spinal decompression therapy, and neuropathy therapy. We offer flexible payment arrangements for these services which we will discuss with you prior to treatment.
Same-Day Payment Discounts
We offer discounts to patients who pay directly for their services at the time they are received. If a same-day payment is made, a claim is not submitted to an insurance provider. This is a popular option for patients without chiropractic insurance coverage, patients with limited chiropractic insurance coverage, or those who have high deductible plans. Many patients choose to pay directly for their visits, especially as they discover that chiropractic care is actually extremely cost-effective and affordable. For these patients, chiropractic care is often cheaper and more effective than alternative treatments such as pain medications or invasive surgery. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Payment Plans
We don’t want to see our patients forego the care that they need because of financial concerns. That’s why we offer flexible payment plans within our office. Our staff will help you to understand the payment plan options and assist you in making the best choice for your care and your budget.
Auto Accidents & Workers Compensation
We also accept auto accident and workers compensation cases that result in back pain, neck pain, headaches, or other injuries which can be addressed with chiropractic care.
