Wellness Where You Work

Dr. Lindsy Jaworski offers free seminars to local businesses that cover a wide range of topics, including: Healthy Living, Preventing Workplace Injuries, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Headaches, Chronic Pain, Heart Health, and more. Each seminar includes tips and advice empowering your employees to take action to keep themselves healthy. During these presentations, she will come to your workplace, provide lunch, and speak on the topic of your choice.
